1984.9-1987.7 山东工业大学电机系电机专业硕士研究生，获工学硕士学位；

1987.7-1991.11 山东工业大学自动化系助教；

1991.12-1996.9 山东工业大学自动化系讲师；

1996.10-2001.9 山东工业大学、山东大学电气工程学院副教授；

2001.10- 山东大学电气工程学院教授。
